PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Food Institute is a not for profit whose mission is to be the best “single source” for current, timely and relevant information about the food industry. The Food Institute serves as an unbiased reporter of news about all aspects of the food industry to its members. Working closely with development partner, West of Orange, Trillion refreshed The Food Institute’s web presence. The extensive website included a members-only section, eCommerce enabled for the purchase of memberships, products and publications and a customer relationship manager for the staff to track its membership. After the successful launch of the redesigned website, we had an opportunity to redesign the Food Institute’s key membership product “Today in Food”, their daily email digest of the most important food news of the day as a branded extension of their new website.
